Singapore will seek compensation from the owners of a stationary vessel, Marine Honour, responsible for an oil spill after it was hit by another ship. The shipowner is liable for costs incurred in containing and cleaning the oil spill and damage to infrastructure, according to the Maritime and Port Authority (MPA).
