Penn State Health surgeon Raymond Lynch warned leaders about kidney and liver transplant issues before being let go. Lynch, concerned about a high rate of patient deaths while waiting for a liver transplant, and low kidney transplant numbers, warned staff, fellow surgeons, his boss, and two top Penn State Health leaders. Despite his efforts, Lynch was eventually let go from the hospital.
