Maryland-native swimmer Michael Phelps is set to return to the NBC broadcast booth for the Paris Olympics, marking his second Olympics in a row in this role after the Tokyo Games in 2021. Phelps, who retired after the 2016 Rio Olympics, will provide commentary and analysis on the primetime and daytime shows and join Dan Hicks and Rowdy Gaines in the booth for select swimming nights at Paris La Defense Arena.
