Officer Ryan Moore of California Highway Patrol rescued kitten Chippy from Highway 1 in Monterey.
A kitten named Chippy was rescued from Highway 1 in Monterey by Officer Ryan Moore of California Highway Patrol. A concerned motorist alerted CHP, prompting Moore to halt traffic and rescue the frightened kitten. Chippy was then taken into the care of SPCA Monterey County. The incident took place last week.
