247 native trees and shrubs worth $2250 were stolen from a public roundabout garden in Bacchus Marsh, 60 km west of Melbourne CBD, between June 17-18. The Moorabool Council and local police are urging anyone with information or suspicious activity witnesses to contact the Bacchus Marsh Police Station or Crime Stoppers. Targeted native plants include Casuarina Glauca 'Cousin It' and Acacia Cognata 'Limelight'.
