Jesse Lee Soffer joins FBI: International season 4 as a series regular, replacing Luke Kleintank's character.
Jesse Lee Soffer, known for his role in Chicago P.D., joins the cast of FBI: International for season 4 as a series regular. He will not reprise his Jay Halstead character from Chicago P.D. but will play an entirely new role in the show, which follows FBI agents protecting Americans from international threats alongside Interpol. Soffer fills the spot left by Luke Kleintank, who played Supervisory Special Agent Scott Forrester.
