High Court Judge directs Sipo to reconsider Leo Varadkar leak investigation decision.

High Court Judge Barry O'Donnell ruled that the Standards in Public Office (Sipo) watchdog's decision not to investigate allegations that former Taoiseach Leo Varadkar leaked a confidential GP contract document was "inadequately reasoned." Irish lawmaker Paul Murphy, who brought the case, has successfully challenged Sipo's decision, and the matter has been directed back to Sipo for further consideration.
