Glasgow's historic Elder Park Library, a £4m-upgraded A-listed building, reopens on 24th June as Elder Park Library and Community Hub. The refurbishment includes improved library and community spaces, a new kitchen, additional toilets, and enhanced baby changing facilities. The building, donated by Mrs Isabella Elder in 1903, now features energy-efficient systems and improved accessibility.
