Former Rochester City School District (RCSD) Superintendent Lesli Myers-Small has been appointed as the new Executive Director of the Rochester Police Accountability Board (PAB) on an interim basis, pending City Council approval. She will replace Duwaine Bascoe, who faced accusations of creating a toxic work environment. Myers-Small brings 20 years of experience in leadership, staff development, and policy analysis.
