Flaherty & Crumrine funds FLC and DFP announce dividend increases on April 19th.
Flaherty & Crumrine Total Return Fund (FLC) and Flaherty & Crumrine Dynamic Preferred and Income Fund (DFP) announced dividend increases on April 19th. FLC shareholders will receive a monthly dividend of $0.09 per share on June 28th, up from $0.09. DFP investors will receive a dividend of $0.11 per share on June 28th, also up from $0.11. Both funds have seen a decrease in dividends over the past three years, averaging 10.2% for FLC and 10.8% for DFP.
