Family of murdered showjumper Katie Simpson seeks review of sentencing for cover-up convicts.

The family of murdered showjumper Katie Simpson has called for a review of the sentencing of three individuals, Hayley Robb, Jill Robinson, and Rose de Montmorency-Wright, convicted for trying to cover up her death. Katie Simpson's death was initially thought to be a suicide but was later treated as murder. The family's solicitor, Kevin Winters, has written to the Public Prosecution Service requesting an immediate review of the decision not to refer the sentencing to the Court of Appeal, citing the interference with the police investigation. The UK Public Prosecution Service has confirmed there is no legal ground to refer the sentences to the Court of Appeal.
