Delta State Police neutralized a suspected kidnapper during a shootout in Ughelli North Local Government area. The police command's spokesman, SP Bright Edafe, reported that other gang members escaped during the incident. The shootout occurred near the Adjekota-Ogor communities of Ughelli North, after police operatives intercepted the hoodlums. In another operation, the police arrested 4 others involved in criminal activities.
