Darden Restaurants, parent company of Olive Garden and Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, reported mixed Q4 results with net income of $308.1m, down from $315.1m a year ago. However, adjusted EPS of $2.65 topped analyst expectations of $2.61. Sales grew 6.8% to $2.96bn, but missed the consensus estimate of $2.97bn. The company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.40 per share, a 6.9% Q/Q increase.
