Coquihalla Canyon Park's Othello Tunnels in British Columbia will partially reopen in mid-July, after being damaged by floods and heavy rain in November 2021. The first two tunnels will be accessible, with repairs including removal of unstable soil and vegetation, as well as stabilizing rocks with steel bars and mesh. The reopened park and tunnels will be better able to withstand severe weather once the work is complete.
