Chinese ride-share app operator Dida has launched a Hong Kong IPO to raise up to $35.06 million, with an offering of 39.1 million shares priced between HK$5 and HK$7 each. The final pricing is set for June 26, with trading expected to begin two days later. If shares reach the top of the price range, Dida will have a market cap of around $900 million.
