CareFlight, a leading aeromedical service, introduced digital communication tools for Indigenous language-speakers in rural Northern Territory, improving communication with air ambulance staff. Animated videos in Indigenous languages explain patients' rights, expectations, and complaint procedures. These videos, created by Indigenous graphic designers Echo Whiskey with support from Viva Energy, are available on an iPad in nine languages, selected on a map.
