22-year-old Malaysian diver dies after getting entangled with a boat propeller during hull cleaning at Marina South Pier, Singapore. The Singapore Civil Defence Force responded to the scene at 2:15 pm on June 18. The Ministry of Manpower is investigating the incident and has instructed the company to stop all diving activities. This is the second workplace diving death in five months; a previous incident occurred on February 17.
