50-year-old Glasgow man, Stephen Savage, sentenced to seven years in jail for attempted murder after stabbing a man over a £20 dispute at a party in Lerwick, Shetland. Savage, who has previous convictions for assault with weapons, was found guilty during a trial in Glasgow last month. The victim was flown by air ambulance to hospital in Aberdeen and was saved by quick medical attention.
