Pampa Metals Corp completed a $2.6M non-brokered private placement, fully subscribed by a natural resources fund. Each unit, priced at $0.27, consists of one common share and a half-warrant. The gross proceeds will fund exploration at the Piuquenes Copper-Gold Porphyry Project in Argentina, where promising drilling results were reported. The placement is subject to CSE approval and a four-month hold period.
