Oklahoma's Service Oklahoma launched "Sweet 16 Guarantee," offering eligible teens a driving test spot on their 16th birthday. To qualify, teens must have a permit for at least 180 days, complete a driver's ed course, take a work zone safety course, and log 50 hours of driving with a parent. The program aims to reduce stress and celebrate the milestone, with over 200 teens already signed up.
