2024 Gelato Festival World Rankings: Hungarian ice cream maker Ádám Fazekas wins as World's Best.
Hungarian ice cream maker Ádám Fazekas from Budapest's Fazekas confectionery has been named the world's best in the 2024 Gelato Festival World Rankings. Fazekas previously won the Gelato Festival World Masters competition in 2021 and placed second in 2022. This year's competition featured over 1,200 contestants from Europe, North America, Africa, and Asia, with creations by over 8,000 ice cream makers tasted by a jury of hundreds of experts since the event's inception in 2011.
