28-year-old Vickiana Vargas-Guevara of North Andover has been charged with motor vehicle homicide while under the influence of alcohol, reckless operation, and leaving the scene of a collision resulting in death after a fatal crash on Sunday night in North Andover. The accident occurred when Vargas-Guevara's vehicle crashed into a building, killing 37-year-old Diana Melo of Lawrence.
