38-year-old man charged with dangerous navigation occasioning death in February's fatal boat crash in Wilberforce, Sydney. The victim, a 32-year-old woman, was in the boat that crashed into a riverbank on Hawkesbury River. The driver, found with alcohol in his system, was arrested and granted conditional bail, set to appear in court in July. Police are seeking additional information via Crime Stoppers.
