WWE granted 90-day extension to oppose MLW's "Hart Foundation" trademark registration by Sept 11.
WWE has been granted a 90-day extension to file an opposition against Major League Wrestling's (MLW) registration of the "Hart Foundation" trademark. WWE must now file their opposition by September 11th. This adds another chapter to the ongoing legal battles between WWE and MLW, which have been strained since MLW accused WWE of monopolistic practices and forced them to settle an anti-trust lawsuit for $20 million.
