Vietnam's capital city Hanoi's party chief, Dinh Tien Dung, has resigned following a personal request and agreement from the Politburo of the Vietnam's Communist Party. Dung was found responsible for violations at the finance ministry during his tenure as finance minister. This marks the latest top official to exit as the ruling Communist Party carries out a major reshuffle.
