Sweden's Financial Supervisory Authority fined Nasdaq Stockholm SEK 100M ($9.58M) for not complying with bourse rules on multiple occasions relating to insider trading monitoring during four major company events between 2021 and 2022. The regulator also found that Nasdaq Stockholm initiated trading in two financial instruments in violation of the regulatory framework. However, these violations were not severe enough to warrant revocation of authorization or a warning.
