Srinagar declared a 'Temporary Red Zone' for drone operations ahead of PM Modi's visit on June 20. The city will also host the 10th International Yoga Day event on June 21. The J&K Police have banned the operation of drones and quadcopters in the area with immediate effect, stating that all unauthorized drone operations in the Red Zone are liable to be penalized as per the Drone Rules, 2021.
