Paramount Global General Counsel Christa D'Alimonte is leaving the company after nearly 12 years, as part of cost-cutting measures. D'Alimonte's last day is June 28 and her responsibilities will be temporarily taken over by Caryn Groce, the current deputy general counsel. D'Alimonte joined Viacom Inc., Paramount's predecessor, in 2012.
