Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan protests MEA's denial of political clearance for Health Minister Veena George to visit Kuwait after a labor camp fire.

Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan wrote to PM Narendra Modi expressing concern over MEA's denial of political clearance for Health Minister Veena George to visit Kuwait & assist families after a deadly fire at a labor camp. Vijayan claims this "goes against cooperative federalism" principles, and requests PM to advise MEA to be more responsive in future to state gov't requests in emergency situations.
