High Court President refers dispute between Johnny Ronan's company and council firm over a €35 million office plan in Cherrywood to arbitration.
A dispute involving Johnny Ronan's company, DLR Properties Ltd, and council firm, RGRE Devco 4 Ltd and Ronan Group Real Estate Ltd, over a €35 million office plan in Cherrywood, south Dublin, has been referred to arbitration by the president of the High Court. The case seeks declarations that a development agreement was validly terminated due to breaches by the defendants and damages for alleged slander of title and defamation from the Ronan Group website. An arbitrator will deal with all but the alleged defamation and slander of title and related aspects of the case.
