The Gary SouthShore RailCats won a pitchers' duel against the Winnipeg Goldeyes with a 1-0 victory at Blue Cross Park. Goldeyes' starter Landen Bourassa maintained a perfect game until the 7th inning, but ultimately allowed one run and faced his third 1-0 loss this season. The RailCats' starter, Peyton Long, pitched seven innings and allowed three hits.
