FC Dallas and Minnesota United are set to meet for the second time in 12 days, with the Loons traveling to Frisco, Texas on 18 June. The teams drew 1-1 in their first encounter on 8 June, with Hassani Dotson and Liam Fraser scoring for Minnesota and Dallas respectively. New Dallas coach Peter Luccin will lead the team, having taken over after the dismissal of Nico Estevez. Luccin's debut saw Dallas secure a 2-0 win over St. Louis City.
