Enugu State's First Lady, Mrs. Nkechinyere Mbah, launched the "Mama Care Initiative" providing health insurance, food, and financial support to 1,701 pregnant women across the state's 17 local government areas. The initiative aims to improve maternal and infant healthcare and reduce mortality. It offers prenatal care, nutritional support, health education, and medical resources.
