Delhi LG approves new police station at Bijwasan Railway Station, serving 1.5 lakh people.

Delhi LG V.K. Saxena has approved the construction of a new police station at Bijwasan Railway Station, catering to a population of 1.5 lakh people. The station will be under the jurisdiction of Old Delhi Railway Station Sub-division and will function with existing resources of Delhi Police. It will cover three railway stations - Palam, Shahbad Mohammadpur, and Bijwasan, with a combined length of about 9 km.
