D.C. woman's Kia Soul stolen twice from secured parking, despite monthly fee.
A D.C. woman, Nikki Peele, is frustrated after her Kia Soul was stolen twice from her apartment complex's parking garage. The first theft occurred in February 2023, and the second was recently in April 2023. Despite paying $275 monthly for secured parking, Peele is calling for change in her apartment complex and others around the city. She found her stolen car in Prince George's County, Maryland, using an Apple AirTag.
