45+ Americans feel 12 years older due to joint pain, per a Talker Research survey commissioned by Motive Health, Inc.
A new survey by Talker Research and commissioned by Motive Health, Inc. reveals that Americans aged 45 and over feel an average of 12 years older than their actual age, with joint pain being a significant factor. The study of 2,000 participants aged 28 and older, evenly split by generation, found that 55% of those who feel older attribute this to joint pain, while 45% have limited their daily lives due to it. The research suggests that technology and exercise can help reduce pain and improve mobility.
