24-year-old Saanich man arrested for driving a Mercedes at over 200 km/h on Pat Bay Highway. Charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, driving without a valid license, and driving while using an electronic device. Saanich Chief Const. Dean Duthie called the behavior "dangerous and reckless," putting lives of other motorists and road users at heightened risk.
