18-year-old Georgia teen drowns after entering water near a "no swimming" marked boat ramp on Altamaha River. Long County Sheriff's Office reported that a group of 4 teens were wading when one went too far and struggled to return to the dock. The victim did not know how to swim, and his body was recovered by the Long County Fire Department an hour later. The drowning is under investigation.
