Billionaire Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway has increased its ownership stake in oil company Occidental Petroleum to nearly 29%, according to a regulatory filing. The acquisition of 2.95 million shares, purchased for approximately $176 million, brings Berkshire's total holdings in Occidental to around 255.3 million shares. This represents a stake valued at approximately $15.37 billion.
