The US Supreme Court agreed to hear Nvidia's appeal of a lower-court ruling that accuses the AI chipmaker of misleading investors about its cryptocurrency exposure. Nvidia will have the opportunity to argue its case before the Supreme Court, after justices took up the chipmaker's appeal. The lawsuit, filed in 2018, claims that Nvidia and its top executives violated the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 by misleading investors about the extent of its revenue growth driven by demand for its cryptocurrency-related products.
