TravelPerk acquires AmTrav for US expansion, funded by $135m debt financing from Blackstone and Blue Owl.

TravelPerk, a European corporate travel booking platform backed by SoftBank, has acquired Chicago-based rival AmTrav to accelerate its US expansion. The deal was funded by a $135m debt financing round from private equity firms Blackstone and Blue Owl. AmTrav's team and brand will continue, and the acquisition will make the US TravelPerk's largest revenue-generating region by 2026.
