Law firms Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman and Rosen Law Firm are pursuing class action lawsuits against Teradata Corporation (TDC) over allegations of misleading investors regarding business operations between Feb 13, 2023, and Feb 12, 2024. Teradata, a multicloud data platform provider, is accused of not disclosing that under its expanded business model, customer transactions took longer to finalize. The lawsuit also alleges misrepresentation of the company's total Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
