GOP lawmakers are upset over losing their cigar smoking area in the US Capitol, as Rep. Tom Cole, who transformed his Capitol hideaway into a makeshift cigar bar as Rules Committee chair, gave up the role in April. New Rules Committee Chair Michael Burgess, a doctor, does not plan on having cigar parties in his new office. House Republicans say they "desperately need a place to smoke cigars."
