National food manufacturer HS Fresh Food, which specializes in fresh salads, ready-made meals, snacks, and pre-prepared vegetables, has entered voluntary administration. This places around 500 jobs at risk, and the business will continue to trade during the restructuring or sale process. HS Fresh Food's products are shipped to major retailers such as Coles and Woolworths.
