Calgary Stampede will proceed as planned despite ongoing water restrictions due to a major water-main break. The event, expected to attract over 1.3 million people, will use recycled water for cleaning and limit the number of times grandstand seats are cleaned. Conservation measures will be implemented where necessary, and treatment water from outside the city will be used to support livestock and attendees.
