Butte City Council to review $84,000, 5-year parking enforcement camera proposal with SafetyStick meters and Park Street garage cameras.

Butte City Council will review a proposal to install 50 parking enforcement cameras in Uptown Butte for a five-year contract worth $84,000. The proposal includes SafetyStick meters, which will record license plates of violations, and cameras for the Park Street parking garage. The contract with Minnesota-based Municipal Parking Services Inc. also involves hand-held devices for parking enforcement officers.
