B.C. government to turn ICBC headquarters in North Vancouver into new homes. The 300,000 sq ft building, operating at less than half capacity due to the public insurer's hybrid work model, is planned to be transformed into housing, with hundreds of homes to be developed near a world-class transit hub, according to Premier David Eby. The project will work with the City of North Vancouver, TransLink, and local First Nations.
