15-year-old Savanna Cardenas, last seen on June 13 at 6:00 AM in a Costco parking lot in San Antonio, has sparked an Amber Alert. She is a white female with black hair, brown eyes, 5'4", 150 lbs, and was last seen with a woman in her mid-to-late 40s with blonde hair, suspected to be in a silver Ford Fusion with an unknown license plate.
