Illinois State Police seek public's help in locating a 26-year-old Kewanee man, James Reed III, as a person of interest in a homicide that occurred on June 8. Kewanee police found a dead man during a welfare check, and three days later, ISP was requested to assist in the investigation. The public is warned not to approach Reed, and anyone with information is urged to contact the authorities.
