Webtoon Entertainment, a South Korean comics platform owned by Naver, seeks a $2.67B valuation in its US IPO, aiming to raise up to $315M by offering 15M shares priced $18-$21 each. The Nasdaq Global Select Market-listed company plans to use proceeds for corporate purposes. Webtoon has over 24M creators and 169M monthly active users in 150+ countries. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan Securities, and Evercore Group are lead underwriters.
